Supporting our Veterans, their Families, and Caregivers

What is the Veterans First/Honor House – 2019 Ball Bash Campaign?

It is a golf marathon fundraising campaign, which will raise money and bring awareness for the following organizations who are all dedicated to assisting our Veterans, their families, and caregivers.

  • Veterans First: Dedicated to caring for our Veterans, their families, and caregivers. (i.e. assistance with emergency housing, rent, court fees, home repair, daycare, gift cards-food/gas, and clothing)
  • Honor House: Provides a complete transitional package that utilizes the resources from the community to meet the therapeutic needs of our Veterans (i.e. equine therapy, yoga, acupuncture, chiropractic, art and music classes, and outdoor recreational therapies).

It is a way for Team Participants and their team captains to have fun with a great brunch, enjoy the company of other participants, rally support for our Veterans, and get engaged with the organization you are supporting. What could be more fun and fulfilling on a Saturday morning for 3 hours than bashing 100 golf balls at Top Golf for a great cause? When compared to a traditional golf tournament, golf marathons are more fun and substantially more profitable.

Here’s the Fun Part:

Each Team Participant will help bash 100 golf balls at our “Veterans First/Honor House – 2019 Ball Bash” Campaign.  Each ball that you hit has a value attached to it that you personally raised for our Veterans.

What’s In It for Me?

Besides a lot of fun and the satisfaction of supporting organizations that assist our Veterans,  you will have…

  • Three hours of fun with brunch and non-alcoholic refreshments
  • Membership to Top Golf
  • 100 balls to help bash that appear electronically in front of you to hit
  • Clubs are provided
  • Scores will be electronically calculated and displayed for each participant

Team Participant Responsibilities:

Each Team Participant in the Ball Bash Campaign will be required to do three things.

  • Show up on our Day of Celebration – 2-3 Hours, and help bash 100 golf balls.
  • Sponsor yourself. All levels of donation (.50, $.75, $1, $10, $15, or even $25 per hole) or a one-time donation is acceptable.
  • Obtain a pledge goal of $2,500 from business associates, friends, and family. All levels of donations ($.50, $.75, $1, $10, $15, or even $25 per hole) or a one-time donation is acceptable.
